1. Information we collect

We collect:

• account details, such as your name and email address;
• workspace details, brand guides, prompts, files, and content you create or upload;
• plan, billing status, and transaction references from Stripe;
• usage, device, browser, IP address, and security data; and
• messages you send to us for support or feedback.

Stripe handles full payment-card details. CraftingCopy does not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide, personalize, and maintain CraftingCopy;
• create AI output and run review workflows you request;
• authenticate users and protect accounts;
• process subscriptions and track plan usage;
• find errors, prevent abuse, and improve performance; and
• respond to support requests and meet legal duties.

3. AI processing

When you use an AI feature, we send the prompts, files, brand context, and related content needed to complete your request to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential material unless you have the right and a clear need to do so. AI providers process that data under their terms and our service arrangements.

4. Service providers

We share information with vendors only as needed to run CraftingCopy. These include DigitalOcean for application hosting, Supabase for database storage and authentication, Stripe for billing, OpenAI and Anthropic for AI processing, Google for AI image generation, Cloudflare for fetching website content when enabled, and Sentry for error monitoring when enabled. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect users, CraftingCopy, or others.

5. Storage and retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We may keep some records longer for security, billing, backup, dispute, or legal reasons. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before deletion.

6. Cookies and sessions

CraftingCopy uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, protect forms, remember settings, and maintain the service. Blocking required cookies may stop sign-in and other features from working.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Keep your password private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized account use.

8. Your choices

You may update account details in CraftingCopy. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may be kept where the law allows or requires it.

9. Children

CraftingCopy is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.

10. Changes and contact
