Terms of Service

1. Who may use CraftingCopy

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use CraftingCopy for a company, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for that company.

2. Your account

Give us accurate account details and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the text, files, brand material, and other content you submit. You give CraftingCopy permission to host, copy, and process that content only as needed to run, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.

4. AI output

CraftingCopy uses AI services to create and review content. AI output may be wrong, incomplete, or similar to content produced for others. Review all output before you publish or rely on it. You are responsible for how you use the output and for checking facts, claims, rights, and legal requirements.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use CraftingCopy to:

• break the law or another person's rights;
• upload malicious code or try to bypass access controls;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the service;
• mislead people about the source or accuracy of generated content; or
• help build a competing model or service by scraping CraftingCopy at scale.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans renew until canceled. Stripe processes payments. Prices, billing periods, and plan limits appear before purchase. You may cancel from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the law requires otherwise. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.

7. Our service and intellectual property

CraftingCopy and its software, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. We may change, suspend, or stop parts of the service.

8. Third-party services

CraftingCopy depends on third-party services, including AI, hosting, storage, authentication, payment, and error-monitoring providers. Their outages or changes may affect CraftingCopy. Their own terms may also apply when you use their services through CraftingCopy.

9. Disclaimers and limits

We provide CraftingCopy as available and do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CraftingCopy is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or lost business. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid CraftingCopy in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending access

You may stop using CraftingCopy at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, create risk for others, or do not pay charges when due. Terms that must continue by their nature, including ownership and liability limits, survive closure.
